How to order:

• Having viewed the details of your chosen items on the product page, click on the order button, print off the order form and fill in your order as requested, post to D & C Marketing together with your remittance. 

Back Orders and Returns:

• If you are not happy with the items you have purchased, please telephone or email us at customer.care@canalmedia.co.uk to notify us of your item return.
• If items are to be returned to Canalmedia, they must be returned in the condition that they left us. When we receive the item we will arrange a refund or a replacement.
• We cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the items caused by you.
• Video, Audio tapes and DVD's can only be replaced with the same title, no refunds will be given on these items.

Delivery:

• We are able to deliver items within the United Kingdom to the address notified to us on the order form. All prices shown include UK postage and packaging.

• We will endeavour to deliver your order within 14 days. However we cannot guarantee the items will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree by placing an order that we shall not be liable for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery.
